Bachy Soletanche has provided piling solutions for all types of projects within the leisure sector including hotels, theatres, casinos, museum spaces, health clubs and sports centres, as well as, conference centres, sports stadiums, golf courses and waterside developments.
One such waterside development saw the installation of foundations for the multi-use development at the King’s Waterfront in Liverpool and Royal Opera House, Sadler’s Wells.
In joint venture with Morrison Construction we also undertook the construction of one of Britain’s most unusual tourist attractions, the Falkirk Millennium Wheel. This structure is a revolving boatlift linking the Forth & Clyde and Union Canals (pictured above).
