Bachy Soletanche recognise the importance of meeting our client’s requirements in relation to quality of product, programme and value for money, as well as the need to continually improving our performance. All with the aim of enhancing client the satisfaction of our customers satisfaction.
Bachy Soletanche operates a Quality Management System which is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and which has been in place since 1994 . Our system is regularly reviewed and audited by the British Standards Institution.
The Management System is documented in a four-tiered structure that comprises a Quality Manual, Work Procedures Manual, Work Instructions Manual and Site-Specific Contract Plans.
